Only one aircraft (registration mark) can be paid for at a time. Please complete separate payments for each aircraft
You will need to complete and submit the relevant application form and with a copy of your online payment receipt. Click here to download the relevant application form.
Payment is required prior to processing applications.
Please allow 10 working days from date of licence application being received at CAA for processing.
Once fee is paid, complete licence application and include receipt number. Email licence application to aircraftregistrar@caa.govt.nz.
CAA participant number. If you do not have a CAA participant number, CAA will allocate one when the application is received.
If you do not wish to proceed with the online option, you can post your payment, together with the completed application form, to the CAA.
